Tool joints

Tool joint Z-63,5 – for column connection of 63.5 mm diameter pipes, which are used in core drilling. Tool joint surface and threadings are phosphated. Outer surface of mufts and tool joint pins are subjected induction heat treatment.

Tool joints ZN-95, ZN-108, ZSH-108, ZU-108 (GOST 5286-75) are used for connection of upset drill pipes into columns.

Tool joint ZN-95, with normal orifice, is for connection of upset drill pipes into columns (diameter 73 mm), GOST 631-75.

Tool joint ZSH-108, with wide orifice, is for connection of upset drill pipes into columns (diameter 73 mm), GOST 631-75.

Tool joint ZN-108, with normal orifice, is for connection of upset drill pipes into columns (diameter 89 mm), GOST 631-75.

Tool joint ZU-108, with extended orifice, is for connection of upset drill pipes into columns (diameter 73 mm), GOST 631-75, deep-well drilling.

Tool joints Z-50 is for connection of geological exploration drill pipes into columns. Tool joints for geological exploration drill pipes are made from alloy steel 40HN and consist of muft and tool joint pin.
