Downhole hammer 130-4.0K is defined for drilling shot-holes of 130 mm diameter. It is used in open-cut mining in hard and medium hard grounds, abrasive, broken and fractured also, with bore bits K-130, KNSH-130.
Downhole hammer is a pneumatic firing device, which has valveless system of air distribution with central input of compressed air into working chamber of barrel and central exhaustion of waste gas on bore-hole bottom through drilling instrument channel.
Downhole is used on boring tools and they work on compressed air-oil mixture.
