Sieving surfaces

Slotted, rectangular and triangular exclusive sieving surfaces for screening of material from 0,2 mm to 50 mm.

Polyurethane components are notable for high strength, tear and wear resistance, good resistance to oils, organic oxidants, and UV-rays action. The cost of one square meter of polyurethane sieving surface is lower than that made of stainless steel, and it has long service life. Polyurethane sieving surfaces are less sensitive to sticking. They retain their properties at temperatures from -50°C to +120°C, tolerant to cyclic loads, carry short-period temperature variations from cryogenic to +200°C.

The operation experience of triangular sieving surfaces has shown their higher efficiency in comparison with slotted, rectangular or round sieve meshes.
