Shipment of spare parts for floatation machine FMR-10

“Dominanta Mining” JSC has delivered the batch of spare parts for multiple chamber floatation machine FMR-10 to the address of one of gold mining companies of the Siberia. There were impellers FMR 10.03.110 and armatures 10.03.040 purchased for the enrichment factory of the enterprise.

Floatation machines FMR are designed for the enrichment of ores and non-ore materials, except for fibrous materials, by means of foaming floatation with solid particles content in the slurry up to 40% (by mass) with fineness less than 0.074mm over 45%. They are used at enrichment factories in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry and other branches.

ВIn floatation machines of mechanical type, such as FMR-10 the impeller performs the mixing of slurry, suction and dispersion of air. The armature of floatation machines prevents the swirling of streams inside the chamber, equally distributes streams, created by the impeller, through the whole volume.
