Delivery of centrifugal horizontal pumps TsNS

“Dominanta Mining” CJSC continues to deliver the equipment to the gold mining enterprise of the Zabaykalye region. This time there are centrifugal horizontal pumps TsNS-300-600 and TsNS-300-420.

Pumps shipped to the customer are intended for pumping of cold water with the temperature from 1°C to 45°C with the content of mechanical impurities less than 0.2% by mass, at the size of solid particles less than 0.2 mm, with the micro-hardness less than 1.46 GPa.

The pump consists of the case, rotor and removable stream guides. There are covers of absorption, boosting and directing devices attached to the case, as well as back and forward arms in which bearings are installed. Cases of guides, absorption and boosting covers are screwed together by pins with nuts. The rotor consists of the shaft and there is are plug, shaft shell, driving wheels, remote plug, rings and unloading disk installed on it. All these parts are screwed together by the shaft nut.

Scope of application for TsNS pumps:

• systems of water supply and pressure boosting in contours of cold water;
• systems of cold water supply of industrial, inhabited and administrative facilities;
• systems of water outflow for coal mines;
• systems of water supply into oil-bearing layers.
