Shipment of a bed plate for the DRO-693 jaw crusher

 

The bed plate for the DRO-693 crusher weighing 4200 kg and having dimensions 2500×2400×2000 mm serves as a frame for the working units of the crusher. It is a welded construction in the form of a frame, consisting of the front and side walls connected by two box-shaped transverse beams that replace the rear wall. Cast bearing housings are welded to the bed walls from above and below. A mechanism is installed in a box for adjusting the size of an exit slit.

 

All efforts developed by the jaw crusher during operation are transferred directly to the bed plate and therefore it must have a particularly robust construction.
